me: No, it's because Sophie didn't live in a... enchanted castle... with magic everywhere... and a talking fla----OH MY GOD THEY'RE PRACTICALLY THE SAME.
brother: yep.
me: WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME?! I THOUGHT I WAS BEING MORE CREATIVE AND ORIGINAL WITH MY FAVORITES.
brother: You are being original. You're being yourself, and you're always a sucker for a story of how a girl who wants adventure ends up in a magical castle and transforms a morally corrupt guy into someone with feelings.
